We have received reports from clients that their free SSL certificates are not being issued/renewed correctly.
After our investigation and communication with cPanel, they have confirmed that they are having problems with their internal systems processing certificate requests and have logged the issue internally:
We are experiencing issues with our internal systems processing certificate requests. We've opened an internal case for our development team to investigate this further. For reference, the case number is CPANEL-42199. We are working to resolve this as soon as possible.
