If you're using external nameservers for your domain name, you'll need to update all "A" records that use the IP 169.239.218.52 to the new IP 169.239.218.54
In some cases, your email account may have been setup using the hostname "cp52.domains.co.za" as the incoming and outgoing server, should this be the case you will need to update this to the new hostname: "cp54.domains.co.za"
